As part of a study on the development of a beverage through mixed fermentation of cashew apples from Benin, we are looking for one (1) student enrolled in a Master’s 2 program, specializing in Agricultural and Food Sciences and Techniques or Agro 5, with a focus on Nutrition Sciences and Food Technologies, or other related fields, to conduct collection activities and laboratory experiments.
This study is part of a thesis for the Biovalor Project titled "Study of multiple fermentations for the development of an innovative beverage made from Benin cashew apples." The work will take place over a period of six (6) months, from January 2025 to June 2025.
